cancellation policy

face haven skin and wax studio requires more than 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. failure to provide more than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the service that was booked. failing to show up for an appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service that was booked.

lateness policy

arriving late to your appointment will potentially result in a shortened or cancelled service. please contact me via email or instagram to let me know if you’re running late.

returns/refunds

returns and refunds are not accepted on services or products. if you are unhappy with a service you received, please let me know and i will correct it.
